Grieving is a natural part of losing someone.

After the funeral, coming to terms with the death of someone special is one of the hardest things we will ever have to endure. There is no choice about whether we grieve or not, the choice lies in how we deal with our grief.

Grief is a process of working-out and living through some painful feelings, perhaps reaching some tough decisions and often carrying out some difficult actions.

Everyone has the capability and power to make a choice, both good and bad, in how they deal with grief. Some decisions will make it easier to bare the grief and others may make it harder. It is important to remember that grief is normal, natural, unique and painful.
